The processes of living, teaching, and learning require constant adjustments, tune-ups, and course corrections. A few updates I’d like to share with you as May continues its steady pace toward summer —
SCHEDULE ADJUSTMENTS
Wednesday 6:30am Pilates at Yoga Union will take a summer vacation, effective 1 June, with a new time slot coming in the fall! If you’ve been meaning to squeeze some early-morning movement in, come to class the next 3 Wednesdays, and then enjoy some well-earned zzz’s!
Monday 12:00pm Cardio & Core at Soulage, a long-term sub gig I’ve been enjoying this winter and spring, will be reclaimed by its original instructor and become Buti Yoga once again as of 1 June.
Monday 8:00am at Inspiring Fitness is now Hot Pilates Sculpt (originally “Hot Mat Pilates.”) You can expect more standing work, strengthening moves, and longer holds and pulses (YAY!)
RETREAT UPDATES
Spots for The Cove (Maryland, October 2026) and Suenos de Sayulita (Mexico, January 2027) are going fast! If you’re eyeing one/both and you’re not seeing the perfect rooming arrangement that you’d like, reach out to me and we can see what’s possible!
